Computech was formed in 1969 - more than 4 decades ago - offering a dynamic blend of strategy computer consulting and IT enabled services to help organizations who had not even developed a computer strategy in those days.  The early 1970's saw us computerizing, amongst many other organizations, India's oldest financial institution - The Bombay Stock Exchange - in all its intricacies of settlements and daily inter-broker transactions including the full cycle from trading to settlement and, payment to rejections.

In addition, for about two decades, we were responsible for processing every transaction that took place in the Bombay Stock Exchange.  The entire business process was outsourced to us, from the stage of initial data capture to full scale processing, report generation, and finally the statistics derived therefrom.  For 40 plus years, we have been involved in Business Process Outsourcing / Management, large scale data capture and management of databases for all aspects of creation, population, constant data cleansing, as well as upgradation, processing, warehousing, and mining.

Computech has been involved in various IT enabled operations, from departments to organizations.  From handling IPO''s for companies wanting to be listed on the Stock Exchange, to managing the share facility department of various companies, to various specialized operations such as the computerized grading of examination papers for lacs of candidates who appeared for exams for selection of officers conducted by the National Institute of Bank Management (NIBM) on behalf of the nationalized banks.

Demand Planning for credit facility for banks, cash management, and sectoral advances for banks, inventory management and planning have all been carefully designed, managed, and implemented by Computech.

The Computech leadership consists of individuals, who bring with them vast knowledge of IT enabled services, having had their education from prestigious institutions such as Stanford University on the west coast of America and NJIT on the east coast of America.  Besides the leadership, the management consists of Members who have been associated with the industry since decades and are well conversant and experienced with all its facets.
